Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once the issue is verified, a replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.

Please note:

  • Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
